Problem

Considering the numerous challenges individuals face while trying to manage a healthy diet and the increasing nutrition problems society has been facing, we recognized the essential need for a more comprehensive solution than the ones currently available on the market.

Many people struggle to access reliable and personalized nutrition information, often turning to quick-fix solutions or fad diets. Traditional nutrition and fitness apps contribute to this problem by exploiting users' data without providing compensation or using it to make advancements in the space. Consequently, nutrition plans remain static and do not become smarter or more personalized over time.

Furthermore, maintaining a healthy diet is demanding due to personal life constraints, such as limited time and resources for planning and preparing meals. This issue is worsened by the fact that most existing solutions provide generic meal plans that fail to accommodate the distinct needs, tastes, and habits of individual users.

Moreover, achieving weight or health goals is very difficult without the knowledge or skills necessary to make informed decisions about one's diet. This is because the journey toward these goals is often unclear, and there is no incentive for consistency, which is a crucial factor for building better habits and mastering nutrition.

In summary, the current system is ineffective in providing personalized, engaging, and effective support for individuals seeking to improve their dietary habits and achieve their health goals. The limitations of existing applications and the lack of compensation for the users' data underline the need for an innovative solution.
